What I do.

Each individual and leader I work with has a unique story and set of goals and, therefore, requires a customized coaching plan and approach. I spend time getting to know each client’s background, experiences, personal aspirations, and challenges in order to develop a targeted strategy that results in long-term value and impact.

Your transition begins way before your first day in the new role. In fact, many times it actually starts the moment you realize that you are being considered for a new role. With structured planning, you position yourself with a well thought out strategy as you approach the opportunity. You will have a higher chance of success in the position while also strengthening your personal brand and leadership effectiveness.

About Me

Hi, I'm An McLeod.

With over 20 years of experience leading executive and leadership level searches within corporate environments, I understand the complexities each executive encounters as they move into a new situation. I work with leaders on all aspects of the transition process including assessing the fit of an opportunity, situational leadership requirements, stakeholder relationships, leadership onboarding and offboarding, succession planning, and longer-term career planning (what's next).

I am an ICF certified Executive Coach, a global Executive Search Leader, a Mother, an aspiring Artist, a volunteer Board Member, and your ultimate ally in effective preparation and overcoming the overwhelm that you may be feeling as you transition into a new situation. Together we break down the process into clear and actionable steps to steer toward success.
